Cyprus prospects at OPP show for overseas property investors

The latest developments in property in Cyprus will be on display at the OPP Live '06 show this year, with a company from the island showcasing its most recent project.

Land and property developer Alpha Panareti will be marketing its latest project in Cyprus at the event – St George Hills, located between Paphos and Coral Bay.

Prices for properties in this new project range from £70,000 to £300,000 and are targeted at the medium-term overseas property investor.

Around 450 units will feature in the development, including studios, apartments, maisonettes and villas.

Alpha Panareti will be exhibiting this new opportunity on offer to investors from stand G115 at OPP Live '06, which takes place at Alexandra Palace in London on December 7th and 8th.

The developer was founded in 1988 and has been involved in commercial as well as residential properties. It has won four international property awards for best developments.
